Nowadays, some people argue that females should play an equal role to males in a nation's police force or military force, while others claim females are not suitable for this type of job. From a broader perspective, I strongly disagree with this stance, as women's nature does not suit physical jobs.

On the one hand, one important thing is that women's nature is not appropriate for police or military conditions. This is because their physical characteristics are significantly less compared with those of men. Moreover, the majority of females also run slower and cannot carry heavy loads. For example, if they were in a war, they could not catch up with the enemy or escape from the enemy. As a consequence, in a country, the number of casualties or criminal rate would possibly increase.

On the other hand, they could take part in police forces and military forces as medical personnel. This is due to the fact that a large number of soldiers may be injured during a war. In this case, these women could immediately treat soldiers' wounds and help them return to the battlefield. For example, in World War II, the United States and United Kingdom used a significant number of women as medical personnel and noticeably reduced the proportion of deaths. As a result, many soldiers could recover and continue serving their countries.

To sum up, although women may serve in a country's police and military forces as medical personnel and save people's lives, their nature is not suitable for this kind of job. I firmly believe that women should not have the same role as men.
