In the contemporary era, most animal species are now endangered because of human activities. This trend is mainly driven by deforestation and illegal dumping. However, it can be effectively mitigated by introducing reforestation systems and imposing stricter penalties.

One of the root causes of the depletion of animal species is deforestation. Many companies are cutting trees for construction and household purposes, such as building residential areas and making furniture for houses. As a result, most species are losing their natural habitats, contributing to the depletion of certain animal species living in forests. Furthermore, human activities pose severe problems to marine life. Most factories release harmful substances into water sources. This is exemplified by the Artel company in Uzbekistan releasing detrimental chemicals into the Aral Sea, leading to the loss of marine species. Since all animal species are part of the food chain, if one of them starts to diminish, the whole ecosystem will be damaged. Thus, human activities have adverse ramifications on the environment.

However, the issue of animal species depletion can be alleviated by tree-planting systems. Governments should encourage people to plant more trees, as they are crucial to nature. Forests are suitable habitats for animal species, and animals can thrive there without human interference. Consequently, they can save endangered animals that play a huge role in the food chain. Additionally, governments can implement strict laws. They should prohibit companies from releasing harmful substances into water sources. As a result, they encourage companies to find environmentally friendly alternatives. Take companies in China; they have already found new alternatives. They produce packages from harmful chemicals by processing them rather than posing a threat to marine life.

To conclude, while illegal logging and illegal dumping are the main causes of animal extinction, this issue can be effectively tackled through introducing tree-planting systems and implementing strict rules for companies releasing harmful substances into the oceans.
