Modern information technology has become an integral part of our lives and plays a dominant role in our homes, leisure activities, and workplaces. While modern information technology has caused some damage to people's health, I believe that it is useful for individuals, they can attend online courses and improve their knowledge.
Without a doubt, information technology has caused much damage to individuals' health. If people spend most of their free time using electronic devices instead of engaging in leisure activities, they are likely to undermine their eyesight and memory retention, which makes it harder to concentrate at work, thereby becoming less productive. As a result, they may struggle to concentrate on their work and become less productive, thereby making it more difficult for them to remain competitive in the job market. A case in point is my country, Uzbekistan, where a large number of people spend most of their time using digital devices, which has led to an increase in eyesight problems and poor memory retention.
However, in my view, technology is beneficial in terms of knowledge and personal development. When people have full-time work and do not have enough time to learn, they can take online courses, which help them improve their knowledge and broaden their horizons. As a result, they can acquire valuable educational opportunities more quickly and better, thereby developing their practical skills, which enables them to improve both professional, personal skills, and build a strong future career. In a world where technological advancements are constantly reshaping the job market, continuous learning has become essential for remaining competitive.
In conclusion, although information technology has caused some harmful effects to individuals' health, I firmly believe that it is useful to people when it comes learning something valuable.
