The question of whether the government should pay has always sparked a widespread debate. While some claim that financing education and healthcare is not their responsibility because individuals should be responsible, I personally believe that governments should provide basic education and healthcare for everyone.

On the one hand, it is commonly believed that government money could be spent on other priorities, such as infrastructure or national security, which can be more beneficial than spending money on education and healthcare. When governments spend money on infrastructure and national security, it can be beneficial because it increases the country's economic growth. Improving cultural identity and infrastructure attracts tourists from different countries and improves awareness of the country. As a result, improving culture and infrastructure not only increases economic growth but also raises awareness of the country. Therefore, investing in public services can be the main reason why many people consider paying for education and healthcare not to be the responsibility of the government.

On the other hand, I firmly believe that funding basic education and healthcare is a better way to spend money than investing in the country's infrastructure. Since governments spend money on education and healthcare, everyone has access to education and healthcare. By investing in education and building hospitals and schools that provide free education for everyone, governments can improve people's quality of life. Consequently, funding education and healthcare leads to healthier and smarter people in the country. Thus, I contend that paying for education and healthcare is more beneficial for the country than investing in cultural identity.

In conclusion, although some people argue that funding infrastructure provides more benefits, I contend that the government should pay for education and healthcare because improving academic qualifications among the population can be a much more effective way of spending money than investing in infrastructure.
