Task Achievement - 7

- The response covers all requirements of the task, including all three facility types for both student groups. - A clear overview is provided, identifying the general trend of high satisfaction and the specific difference between groups. - Data is used to support descriptions, although the reporting is somewhat mechanical in the later paragraphs.

Coherence & Cohesion - 7

- Information is logically organized by student type (undergraduates then postgraduates), which provides a clear progression. - Cohesive devices such as 'In terms of', 'Regarding', and 'In contrast' are used to link ideas. - Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate the overview from the data details.

Lexical Resource - 6

- The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, using synonyms like 'highly satisfied' and 'not pleased'. - There are several spelling errors ('howerver', 'dissatissfed', 'lage', 'roms') which, while they don't block communication, indicate a lack of precision. - Some collocations are slightly unnatural, such as 'satisfied from' instead of 'satisfied with'.

Grammatical Range & Accuracy - 6

- A mix of simple and complex sentences is used, though accuracy drops in more complex attempts. - Several punctuation errors are present, including comma splices and misplaced commas (e.g., '23%, In contrast'). - There are some tense consistency issues, such as switching from 'were' to 'are' in the first data paragraph.
