The line graph illustrates the percentage of individuals who expressed satisfaction with the healthcare systems in four nations—Canada, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and the USA—over a 16-year period from 1991 to 2007.

Overall, the Netherlands consistently maintained high satisfaction levels despite a notable decline toward the end of the timeframe. Conversely, Canada experienced dramatic fluctuations, while both the UK and the USA exhibited upward trajectories.

Beginning at approximately 57% in 1991, Canada's satisfaction rating dropped sharply to a low of around 22% in 1998, followed by a moderate recovery to roughly 32% by 2007. The Netherlands showed an initial increase from about 48% to a peak of 53% in 1998, after which figures declined moderately to finish at approximately 45%.

In terms of the remaining two countries, the United Kingdom experienced a marginal increase from roughly 27% to 30%, stabilizing during the latter half of the period. Similarly, the USA witnessed a steady climb in satisfaction from approximately 10% to 18% over the duration of the study.
