The provided table illustrates information about the weekly food consumption per person across five categories in a European country in 1992, 2002 and 2012. Overall, the consumption of vegetables remained the highest across three years. While wheat and bean had a progressive increase over the years, the consumption of meat saw an oscillation.

Since 1992, the consumption of vegetables was at 2140 grams and continued to grow over two decades, remaining the highest-consumed food at 2220 grams by 2012. In stark contrast, cheese was the least consumed food at 113 grams since 1992, and subsequently grew up to 125 grams in 2002 before plateauing for the rest of the period.

Focusing on the remaining food types, wheat and bean were on an upward trajectory, increasing from 837 grams and 532 grams in 1992 to 977 grams and 590 grams by 2012. As for meat, although it remained the second highest consumed food across three years, it experienced a fluctation in 2002, increasing up to 1211 grams from 1148 grams, and decreasing to the lower figure of 1132 grams by 2012.
